OK, site looks like a great concept looking for some energy
I'm implementing BSC in a small company (<50 employees and <10mil in revenues). Would be interested in discussing some of the interesting things I've learned during the implementation. Is anyone out there?

My colleagues and I wrote a paper on this topic a while back.
We also use a Balanced Scorecard to manage our consulting firm and find the tool extremely useful for helping us stay focused on what we have agreed matters - an ongoing self inflicted kick in the back side.
