We are trying to find a way to tie the compensation into the OPI. The problem we are facing is what do we do with the 100% max measures. Having a weight on those will negatively impact the overall performance index, as the other measures can be up to 200%. Then the challenge with that is, what penalty should we apply to those 100% measures to best tie the OPI with the bonus. I don't know if I make sense, but if anyone has had this come up or might have some feedback, I'll appreciate it. Thanks!
